SUMMARY The Senior Systems Engineer assists Chickasaw Nation Industries IT Department with managing computer systems and networks. Designs new system architecture, monitor and maintain computer networks, troubleshoot and resolve system errors and inefficiencies, and ensure that the computer systems are running smoothly and effectively. Assists with identifying security threats and vulnerabilities in systems and software, then apply their skills to defend against hacking, malware and ransomware, insider threats and all types of cybercrime. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for the integration of CNI Core Competencies into daily functions, including:

Installs, configures, maintains and manages networking devices, servers, storage and operating systems. Creates and maintains Infrastructure Architecture design documents and drawings. Manages key back-end Windows based servers in a VMware/vCenter environment. Helps define and support (public and private) cloud infrastructure to host and run web services and web applications efficiently. Appling cloud computing skills to deploy upgrades and fixes. Builds automation around operations and software development processes. Assists with planning, implementing and maintenance of a comprehensive enterprise-wide security program that protects the information systems. Monitors networks and computer systems for security breaches, through use of software that detects intrusions, anomalous system behavior and unauthorized network-attached devices. Plans and participates in cyber security improvement projects for the purpose of maintaining a mature security program. Effectively responds to all reported security incidents and other reports of suspicious activity. Analyzes system/equipment to ensure it is operational when needed. Evaluates and recommends procedures and innovative techniques and methods. Presents briefings and develops technical reports to document progress and results. Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company. Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor's instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output. Responsible for keeping own immediate work area in a neat and orderly condition to ensure safety of self and coworkers. Will report any unsafe conditions and/or practices to the appropriate supervisor and human resources. Will immediately correct any unsafe conditions to the best of own ability. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven to ten (7-10) years of systems engineering experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION VMWare Certified Professional Preferred JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES Knowledge of scripting languages (Powershell, bash). Demonstrated Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory administration. Experience managing Cisco UCS Server Infrastructure. Experience managing PURE SAN Storage Systems. General Cisco switch knowledge including WAN concepts. Experience managing Datacenter Infrastructure. Demonstrated virtualization experience including VMware, VCenter, Horizon View and NSX. Linux/UNIX administration experience Experience with Azure or AWS based solutions. Knowledge of information security concepts and best practices. Strong knowledge in MS office to include Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and other software suites. Excellent communication skills. Solid organizational skills relevant to carrying out day-to-day responsibilities. Skilled in planning and setting up room requirements for events and meetings. Proficient in verbal, written and listening skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Detail-oriented with ability to effectively multi-task. Ability to learn and apply new knowledge in a fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively work both independently and in a team environment.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
