Eight Cath Lab Same Day Surgery rooms.
Four Cardiac Cath Lab procedure rooms, ten Cardiologist seven are interventionalist.
Current hours of operation are 0630 to 1900.
On-call one night per week.
Located at the Healthplex campus on the second floor.

Responsibilities:
RN essential functions include, but are not limited to:
collaboration with other health professionals, assessment, analyzing assessment data establishing goals, planning care strategy, establishing priorities of care implementing care, delegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating responses to interventions performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
Qualifications:
Complete Cath Lab Orientation within 6 months.
Complete all competencies listed in department policy with in 6 months.
Maintaine BLS and ACLS certification.
Taken the following classes; Basic 12 Lead EKG, Basic Arrhythmia Class, Basic Hemodynamic and IABP.
Completed all competencies listed in department policies.
Demonstrates competency of Scrubbing and operating imaging equipment.
Prepares room appropriately for Dianostic and interventional procedures.
Able to recogize adverse reactions to contrast media and complete exam.
Compensation $24.
75-$40.
