As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Hybrid/Remote high-performance individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities Prospect and Generate Leads:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various lead generation methods.
Consultative Sales:
Understand clients' unique insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Policy Management:
Manage policy renewals and updates, ensuring clients have the coverage they need.

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
