Segregate parts with damage or deterioration.
Document the results of the audit and counts.
Re-audit/count rack locations with parts outside of tolerance or if parts not found.
Investigate discrepancies.
Fulfill part requests from specified racks.
Count, Label, and seal partial boxes with new quantity.
Maintain close to 100% accuracy on rack.
Ensure rack locations and corresponding parts are well defined and visible.
5S area last 10min of every shift.
Inventory Control Manager is responsible for ensuring work instructions are adhered to.
