Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Previous customer service experience preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Sales or outbound calling experience is a plus We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth.
