We are currently looking for a part-time position that could possibly lead to full-time.
We offer weekly pay and weekly tips, plus benefits for full-time employees after as little as 90 days! This job comes with responsibilities that we as a company take very seriously, therefore we are only going to be hiring people who really want this job! The right candidates will have experience with sales/retail/cash handling, and are committed to the highest level of customer service and cleanliness for the comfort of our patients.
Passion for marijuana is absolutely necessary!!!! Duties:
Greet patients immediately Provide top-notch customer service Make sure our patients are always leaving happy, if they aren't happy then we aren't happy! We want to make sure we hit every patient's needs specifically set for them.
Help staff stock Complete daily task sheet Inventory Complete shift duties before shift is over.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products - Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods - Conduct product demos and provide recommendations based on customer preferences - Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stock inventory as needed - Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products - Uphold a high level of professionalism and knowledge about the industry Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a retail or customer service role - Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is highly desirable - Strong communication skills and phone etiquette - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling - Ability to work well within a team and provide exceptional customer service - Must be at least 18 years old and comply with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products Please note that this position may require standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
