Women's and Childrens, Orthopedics, Urology, Ear,Nose and Throat, Cardiac and General Surgery.

Responsibilities:
RN essential functions include, but are not limited to:
collaboration with other health professionals, assessment, analyzing assessment data, establishing goals, planning care strategy, establishing priorities of care, implementing care, delegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating responses to interventions, and performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
The PACU RN primarily provides care for pediatric to geriatric patients who have completed their anesthesia and are in the immediate post anesthesia (phase I) period.
Their role includes transitioning the patient to phase II, the inpatient, or intensive care setting for continued care.
Basic life-sustaining needs are of the highest priority, and constant vigilance is required in this phase.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION Diploma or Associate's degree (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
EXPERIENCE Previous PACU or acute care nursing experience preferred.
(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION Current unrestricted Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or active Multistate RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) training or retraining is preferred upon hire / required within 6 months of hire.
Current (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
Current ACLS and PALS is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment in PACU.
Recommended Skills Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Basic Life Support Certified Nurse Practitioner Health Care Nursing Pediatric Advanced Life Support Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
