This person needs to have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong excel skills building formulas.
Must have strong typing skills and be able to work in a stressful high pace environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist project coordinators in all aspects of construction projects, dealing with paperwork and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure deadlines are met - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and presentations - Assist with budgeting and financial tracking for projects - Manage project calendars and schedules - Provide administrative support to project manager and President - Conduct research and gather data to support project objectives - excellent excel skills - must be able to build formuls - Maintain organized files and records related to projects
Experience:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience managing calendars and scheduling appointments - Strong clerical skills, including data entry and file management This job requires flexibility in hours worked, working overtime, and occasionally on a Saturday.
You must be able to lift 25 pounds, walk, stand, push pull.
