The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, with specific experience in residential properties.
Must have experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and management.
Requirement:
Must pass a background check.
Essential Functions:
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and preventative maintenance Respond promptly to and complete assigned maintenance requests from residents Keep accurate records of maintenance work and inspections Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and property amenities including pool maintenance On-call time in rotation Perform other related duties as assigned by management Must supervisor team of direct reports
Qualifications:
