Orthodontic Specialists of Oklahoma is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and coordinating patient care.
The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced dental office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient appointments and schedule follow-up visits
  • Greet and check-in patients in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance billing
  • Collect patient payments and handle financial transactions
  • Maintain patient records and update patient information as needed
  • Assist with treatment coordination and patient referrals
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a dental setting preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service-oriented mindset and ability to handle patient concerns with empathy
  • Knowledge of dental insurances and billing processes is a plus
