Designs and develops virtual learning courses, materials, and technologies to support curriculum offerings and virtual
learning course development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Partners with Instructional Design Specialists to develop courses that are learner-centered and user-friendly; applies
instructional design principles and adult learning theory in developing content objectives, content analysis and information
mapping.
2. Collaborates with subject matter experts to collect course information, extract or synthesize meaning and translate
content into storyboards.
3. Provides reporting to Instructional Design Specialists on course development, completion timelines and issue resolution.4. Develops design specifications and uses development tools to build course content and materials for virtual learning
programs to meet project requirements. Reviews content for clarity, flow and completeness.
5. Develops virtual learning modules and courses utilizing storyboards, multiple authoring tools, methods and processes
including project management and design standards.
6. Trains subject matter experts, virtual learning facilitators, and clients on the use of virtual classroom environments and
technical tools.
7. Participates in the upgrade of existing courseware and conversion of classroom instructor led content to virtual learning.
8. Participates in usability testing and product correction.
9. Researches and recommends new virtual classroom technologies that provide utility and integrate technological
innovations into course development processes; and identifies the capabilities, strengths and weaknesses of virtual
classroom.

1. Ability to communicate orally and in writing with vendors, internal clients, subject matter experts and evaluation specialistson the design of training programs. 2. Knowledge of instructional design, development, and validation methods at a level sufficient to evaluate and produce new
training programs.
3. Ability to manage projects and programs including developing plans and timelines, determining resource and task
requirements, monitoring progress, and reporting results.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and meet established expectations and timelines.
5. Knowledge of adult training practices and techniques.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
